Welcome back to work, oh Fever Induced Madness is helpful

I was recently home sick (meaning yesterday and the day before) and while home I had a lot of time to A. feel guilty about being home sick and B. do useless things, none of which were priorities.

  •  I watched a million (probably more like 50) youtube videos that were on my To Watch playlist, which seeing how they range in length from like 4 minutes to an hour, no small feat my friends.
  • I made chicken noodle soup that consisted of me thawing and then boiling chicken and then using a KNIFE to cut it up and put it in the noodle soup mix thing. I made a thing.
  • I cut pictures into the shapes of states and put them on my map on the wall. Almost all the states I've been to are done. There are a few states that are pre-digital cameras so I haven't found pictures from picture boxes and scanned them and had prints made, so Colorado, Utah, Nevada, North Carolina, Virginia, Missouri and Kansas can suck it.
Detroit Airport fountain. Used this as the UP, since I didn't have any digital Macinac Island pictures.
  •  I got some work emails on my phone and panicked about how I wasn't at work. That's conducive to getting better, right?
  • Stared at that map some more, cause man, sick Mary likes looking at pictures.
  • Put together a chaise lounge. Because sick people should carry large boxes downstairs and then put together furniture. IT'S FINE. (it's a little shaky actually, as you do)
  • I whined a little bit about how everything hurt and made my mommy concerned about me. But then I went to her house and ate tacos.
So overall, productive? sick days. I mean, I'm better now so that's what counts.
